Don't Stop Taking your Provitalize

I've been taking it for 4 years. I can take it on empty stomach first thing in the morning and it never hurts my stomach when any other pill would. I took it for about a year and thought I was cured of all my hot flashes and mood swings. LOL but after being off of it for 3 months they all just came back! So I have been consistently on it for 3 years now and have not had a hot flash or mood swings. Because I know that the ingredients in here are filling back up the natural ingredients that my body is losing as a 53-year-old. The gut health is also a plus! I used to feel like I had knots in my lower gut after I ate a big meal. That does not happen to me anymore. If I miss a few days taking the provitalize I notice discomfort my gut.

Hip/buttock pain

I have been suffering from bilateral hip and buttock pain for a few years now. My physiotherapist thinks it may be SI (sacro-iliac) inflammation and we have been trying to resolve my issues without much relief. I cannot sit for more than about 2 hours without developing deep, aching pain in my buttocks.
